I received an error "GDIplus32.dll is missing" and software is not starting. Why?

I cannot view all Printer reports in the domain. Why?

Printer report displays all printers connected with Active Directory. Printers which are installed on client machine and not connected with Active Directory won't be displayed in reports section.

I have a Vista installed computer and I am unable to set the RAS properties for some users.

This is the unusual behavior of Vista as it allows RAS property to get altered and sometime it is available read only.

Why am I unable to create another DFS root in MS 2000 Server?

You can create only a single DFS root at a time and this is a known limitation of 2000 family.

WOL required hardware support for its appropriate functionality. Check the hardware requirements. If the network has numerous hardware firewalls then possible it must be configured to forward "Magic packet" to flow.

I am not able to disconnect every session of computer. Why?

Operating system might fail the attempts to close the sessions which are active and are under heavy utilization as closing or terminating these heavily utilized sessions can cause damage to OS stability. Termination of sessions is under the discretion of OS and if OS understands that termination of the session is going to disturb its stability then it allows termination of the session.

I cannot remove certain attributes and superior classes from schema classes. Why so?

Active Directory doesn't allow certain changes like this one, even if the user has administrative rights. If you try to apply these changes then these changes are defiled by Active Directory.

I am trying to change "Minimum Password Length" in account policy of a computer. But I am not able to see any effect of that.

If the Password Complexity requirement is enabled by group policy then in that case Minimum Password Length and blank password setting will not work.

Well, to view Shell Properties aptly, you need to install ADMINPAK on the workstation from which you are administrating whole domain.
