Lepide Software Pvt. Ltd. has today launched the upgraded version of LepideAuditor Suite that is 15.1. This new version features a dual auditing mode – agentless and agent-based for domain and SQL Server. In agentless, no auditing agent will be installed on a domain and SQL Server except the instances where two agents are still required in agentless configuration. Design of the user interface has been modified, especially “Settings” Tab has been provided a complete new look. All component settings either tricky or simple are now easily accessible. A new Mobile App – LepideAuditor App – has now been launched that is available for Android devices. Now, see the updates who have done what change, when and from where on your device at your tips. Health Monitoring has been improved with multiple new reports for Exchange Server and one new report for Active Directory. One can add the domain and SQL Server either with Express Configuration (limited settings) and Advanced Configuration to customize the auditing. Now, “logon.exe” has to be generated by modifying the domain properties. Even in agentless auditing, you have to install Lepide Logon/Logoff Audit Module that comes with setup file on any of the domain controllers. Now, you can define a default SQL Server that will be used with all components to store their logs in a centralized place. Delivery Message Settings has been added that will let you define where the delivery notifications like auditing and health monitoring alerts will be delivered either to your email inbox or to LepideAuditor App installed on your device.
