Lepide Software Asset management has trouble-free installation abilities that enable it to offer ease of workflow and increased efficiency. However, to effectively install and use the software some technical specifications are set that must be checked on the computer before installing Lepide Software Asset Management.
Minimum System Requirements:
- 256 MB RAM (512 MB RAM recommended)
- 20 MB free hard disk space for installation and database
Supported Platforms:
- Windows Server 2003 family with sp1
- Windows XP
- Windows Vista
User Access Privilege
- User should have administrative rights to access the network computers.
- A proper logon credentials (username and password) is required for each system in the network to have access.
- An administrator can have access to computers in different domain or workgroup hence, with admin rights all system in the network (Domain/Workgroup) are scanned.
- In case of local user (no administrative rights), read and write access should be there. Such user will not have access to the computers of other domain/workgroup. In this case the system running this software will only be scanned.
Installation Directions
- Download Lepide Software Asset management and save it to a secure disk location. Also, ensure that the system meets all system requirements and has sufficient memory available.
- Double-click the setup.exe and run the software.
- Follow the on-screen instructions until the setup install completion dialogue box is displayed. After you click on "Finish," the welcome screen will appear.
