    he server is Windows 2008 R2 with 2 CPUs and 4 GB of RAM. Im using the agent less setup with the computers at the moment.
    It looks like its agent or agent less for all the computers in a group and that you cant do both. Is that correct?

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

    Can you please let me know the specifications on the machine on which the software is installed? Also, please let me know through which mode you have the agent installed. Is it the Standard, Advanced or Without Agent? Please note that the Advanced would be the fastest.

    And the pricing is on per Machine basis.

    Performance Issue and the pricing

    I was trying to run a report on about 8 computers for 5 days worth of events and its really slow and then just went to a white screen. I also tried a larger time frame and it seemed to just get stuck and never finish. Is it going to be difficult to run reports on large numbers of computers for several days worth of logs?
    Also what is the pricing structure like? Is it per computer?
