if somebody doesn't have SQL server or database then from where it will save the Events

The reason is that Native Event log management tool Eventviewer deletes some events time to time so if we want to archive the events which are more than a month old, might be unavailable in native Event Viewer.
So Lepide Event Log Manager uses SQL server database for long time archiving the events

Why Lepide Event Log Manager needs SQL server to configure

Just have a doubt that why Lepide Event Log Manager needs SQL server to configure even it fetches the event from windows server.

Sorry if its a stupid question as I am new to Windows server
