I have problem with the AD Auditor

When I make changes through DC its reflecting in your software but when the changes done through Admin pack, MMC
(different system than DC), Its showing...

How the licensing of SQL Auditor works its per SQL Server or per Instances??
if Yes, what is the difference between them? Could any one elaborate a bit more?
