How to set up any email alerts to if an account is accessed by any unauthorized person or any network security permission granted / halted

The job can be easily done by LepideAuditor for Active Directory

You can create such alerts from the alert management tab, click on add button find policy alerts where you can find
"an attempt made by unregistered security sources and also the security permission related alerts .

After selecting such alert you need to configure email setting to get instant alert on your mail for such unauthorized access.
