The Customer informed us that the reports are not generating for Co-pilot in the Web Console. Only the reports for Inactive Users in Co-Pilot report in the Trust Module is showing data.
The steps to troubleshoot the issue are as follows:
We checked the License for Co-pilot is available with the customer by checking the License Page in the main console.
From the Web console, we added the Co-pilot module from Manage Component.
We entered the credentials and added the API permissions from the Azure Portal.
We entered the username in the Microsoft Purview page for e-Discovery Manager.
We demonstrated to the Customer that there are 7 reports that can generate data for Co-pilot module.
Customer informed later on that they checked in the Web Console and there is only one report that is generating updated data for Inactive users with Co-pilot access.
We checked in the web console that other modules are generating updated records in the reports.
We escalated the case and there was a patch being created for this issue, the path of the patch is as below:
We scheduled a session with the escalation team; we implemented the patch and restarted the services of Apache and LDSP.
We logged back into the Web console and then generated the reports again for Co-pilot.
We observed that All Co-pilot searches are now also showing reports.
We checked inside the Installation folder for O365 tenant in Lepide. There were some logs presents but after refreshing those logs are also getting processed.
The Customer did some changes as well; we waited for some time and after that generate the reports.
The changes are now showing what the end user did during the session.
