Published Aug 07, 2026The Customer informed us that they are receiving an Alert for the Active Directory component that the data insertion failed: Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string as shown in the screenshot below:
The steps taken to troubleshot the issue are as follows:
Checked that the data insertion status is showing failed as per above error message.
From the Lepide Installation folder go to the domain folder and check the DB_Temp folder.
In the Successful logon logoff folder that is AD_GP_TYPE2_1 there is a log which is showing in absurd characters and that was not processing.
We deleted that log and then clicked on refresh in the AD properties.
The status is now showing Data insertion successful.
Failed logon queries from the Customer were also addressed.
