Who all can manage a single user profile?

Administrator has the right to manage user profiles, users can reset their passwords, unlock their accounts, change their passwords and update their profile information at any time. Apart from the Admin and the user, authorized co-workers can reset password and can unlock accounts on behalf of the user whose account has to be taken care of. For this, the Administrator has to allow the users while configuring the Unlock Policy to authorize their co-workers to reset/unlock their accounts, which is required in absence of the user and it acts as an added advantage for the users and the help-desk. Users, when login to their accounts can select the coworkers from the list to authorize them to reset/unlock their accounts.
