You don't do anything after scheduling such reports because when you scheduled such reports it ask for the path where
you want to save these reports.

Once you save the path location the reports automatically saved at the desired location

You need not to reopen the software again just go to that path and you will find the reports in desired format

How can we see reports after scheduling such reports in desirable format ?
like we need to run the software or something else to see such reports ??
