have you log on as an administrator after restarting the computer ?
This is some database corruption issue please make a new database with in the software into setting tab
Hope it will help you out

Custom Group are not showing in Manage Group section

I added a group and a computer to the Manage Groups section. I was able to collect the logs, and able to run reports.
After restarting my computer, and opening Lepide Event Log Manager, my custom groups and added computers are gone.??
