Lepide recently announced the launch of version 17.0 of Lepide Active Directory Self Service. The solution now shows enrollment notifications through a dialog box just after the logon of un-enrolled users on any domain computer. The administrator can now select the format of date and time that will be displayed in both Admin Console and User Console.

To improve security features, Java SE Development Kit 8 has been integrated into the new version. Security questions have also been improved by ensuring that the answers to two or more security questions (required to reset the password of a user) cannot be the same.
