The Customer wants to setup some custom pattern for their Hong Kong ID for the Data Discovery Classification profile.
The steps performed during the session were as below:
Go to the Data Discovery and Classification section and click on Patterns as shown below:
Go to the Patterns tab and create a custom Pattern by clicking on the + icon.
In the Create New Pattern page, entered the details. In the Type filed select String. Also added the supporting evidence and saved the pattern for example:
After that added that Pattern in the Tags --- Templates ---- and after that we created a Profile.
Selected the shared folders that contain the Hong Kong ID and Confidential and Secret keywords.
Execute the scan and scan got completed successfully.
From the Permission & Privileges – Risk Analysis -Sensitive Data – Classified files, the report has started generating the updated records.
