Issue with the Lepide Active Directory License count

The Customer was having an issue with the Active Directory License count. The Customer informed us that in the License page AD (Active Directory) the user count is showing 676 Licenses Acquired and 5 Licenses Available.

But after the CPA scan the All-User count is showing 668.

Steps to troubleshoot the issue are as follows:

• We checked that the Version of Lepide is 26.1 latest version.

• We updated the License page a couple of times but the status was showing same.

• The case was escalated to the team concerned and we implemented a patch, the detailed path of the patch is shown below:

A session was scheduled with the escalation team and the following steps were performed to troubleshoot the issue:

• The patch was implemented and the Lepide Data Security Platform services were restarted.

• We looked at the Registry and observed that the value for the key Domain_enableuser has changed.

• The LDSP console was started and we went to the License page.

• The License count was now showing 676 License Acquired and 14 License available.

• Also, the All User Report was generated and the count was showing correctly as reported by the customer.
