Issue Description
The Microsoft 365 connection status/details are not updating in the Lepide Data Security Platform console. The console may continue showing outdated information even after changes or successful connection attempts.
Cause
This issue can occur due to outdated or corrupted processed database files stored in the processedDb folder. These files may prevent the latest Microsoft 365 connection data from being refreshed properly in the Lepide console.
Resolution
Follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
Step 1: Stop Lepide Services
Open Services on the Lepide server.
Stop all Lepide-related services.
(Refer to the screenshot below for the services to stop.)
Step 2: Clear processedDb Files
Navigate to the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Lepide Data Security Platform\processedDb
Delete all the files present inside the processedDb folder.
Note: Do not delete the folder itself. Only remove the files inside it.
Step 3: Restart Lepide Services
Restart all the previously stopped Lepide services.
Open the Lepide Main Console.
Step 4: Verify the Issue
Refresh the console.
Check the Microsoft 365 connection status.
Verify whether the connection details are now updating correctly.
Result
After clearing the processedDb files and restarting Lepide services, the Microsoft 365 connection information should refresh and update correctly in the console.
