The Office component is not collecting changes

The Customer informed us that Azure is not showing any changes in the Lepide reports.

Steps to troubleshoot the issue are as follows:

1. It was observed that the version of Lepide is 26.1 installed in the customer’s environment.

2. It was observed that the Azure module is not showing connection successful.

3. From the Azure portal, check the Client ID and then go to the API permissions.

4. It was observed that the API permissions were not set correctly. Permissions were missing in the Microsoft Graph.

5. The required permission for Microsoft Graph API was added and the changes were saved in the Azure portal.

6. From the Lepide console, the Lepide services were restarted and then the connection status of the Azure AD module was checked

7. The connection is showing as successful and we ensured that the reports are showing updated records now.
