Published Jul 13, 2026After adding the users in the web console and assigning the role of Data Viewer, when the users are login to the web console with their own credentials, they were not able to generate any report.
Steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue.
Login to the web console with Super User account as shown in the screenshot below :
Once you login to the web console go to the Settings option, the gear icon as shown below:
Go to Role management and add any user and assign the role of Data Viewer.
Once this is done, go to the Auditor section and select the module that user wants to generate the report and then select the report as shown below:
After that click on the three dots in the extreme right side of that report and click on Share as shown below:
The select user or group window will be displayed.
Select the User radio button and click on Browse. The List of users will be displayed, select the user which you want to give access to generate that report:
Click on Done once the process has completed.
Next, logout from Web console and login to the web console with the user’s credentials.
Go to the Auditor section and you will be able to see the report assigned to that user as shown below:
