It depends upon the size of your AD
Generally it takes 15-20 min but for large size it could take 30-45 min for first time only

After taking first snapshot 2nd time it takes few seconds and so

To create a backup how much time it will take to capture generally for snapshot/backup collection ?

YES, It does full backup and restore of your AD

You can collect backups/Snapshots from the dashboard of the software & rollback the changes by restoring them under the 'Restore' tab also you can further filter out the changes in order to restore them according to the users/objects

AD backup/restore solution needed

the AD backup application we are using allows us to restore individual users/objects from the backup, can Lepide Auditor allow us to take backups daily and allow us to restore from those backups?
